✅ Logging an interaction clears overdue reminders
When you log (or edit) an interaction with a prospect, any overdue follow-up reminders for that prospect are automatically cleared. No more being nagged about someone you've already spoken to.
✏️ Renaming a prospect updates everywhere
Editing a prospect's company name now updates across their full history — follow-up records, interaction logs, everywhere. The old name no longer sticks around.
🏆 Setting stage to Won via Edit now closes follow-ups
Changing a prospect's stage to Won through the Edit screen now auto-completes their open follow-ups, the same as the Mark as Won button already did.
📧 Email drafting — now where you need it
The "draft follow-up email in Outlook" feature is now built into the workflow instead of hidden in the toolbar:
- Each overdue or due-today follow-up row shows a 📧 Email button — one click opens a pre-written Outlook draft for that prospect
- A 📧 Draft emails (n) button appears on the Dashboard and Follow-ups page whenever there are overdue prospects with email addresses saved
- The button only shows when there's actually something to action — it stays hidden otherwise
🗺️ Area / suburb names now group correctly
"maitland", "Maitland", and "MAITLAND" all appear as one entry in the area filter now. Areas are also saved consistently going forward so the list stays clean.
🔍 Search now highlights matches
When you search in the Prospects list, matching text in the company name, contact, and area columns is now highlighted in blue so you can see exactly what matched.
📊 Win Rate by Source on the dashboard
The dashboard now shows your win rate broken down by how you first found each prospect — so you can see whether cold calls, referrals, drop-ins or other sources are converting best.
💬 Follow-up nudge from interaction outcome
If you log an interaction and your outcome notes suggest a follow-up is needed (e.g. "call back next week", "touch base in a fortnight"), the system will ask if you'd like to schedule one — so nothing slips through.
🗑️ Clearer delete warnings
Deleting a prospect now tells you exactly what will be removed — e.g. "Permanently delete "Smith Transport", including 6 interactions and 2 follow-ups?" so there are no surprises.
📋 Activity log — View all
The Recent Activity section on the dashboard now has a View all button showing the total count, so you can see the full history when you need it.
⚠️ Next Actions — overdue always shows first
The Next Actions section on the dashboard now always puts overdue follow-ups at the top, sorted oldest first — regardless of whether the prospect is Hot, Warm, or Cold. Due today comes next, then everything else by priority.
